I am currently in-network with the following insurance plans:	Anthem/BCBS (Medicaid and commercial plans)	Aetna (commercial plans)	United Healthcare (Medicaid and commercial plans)	I plan to pursue approval with Sentara as well, when they open up their network to new providers again.If I am out-of-network with your plan, I can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.

Do you offer telehealth appointments?

I offer in-person sessions at my office in Henrico, Virginia, as well as telehealth appointments through Zoom for clients located in the state of Virginia. Please note that telehealth appointments might not be clinically appropriate for every type of client (i.e. young children).

Do you see adults for therapy, or just children?

Accepted Answer

Yes! I typically work with adults in their 20s and 30s, presuming that we both feel it's a good fit. While there are play items in my office, it is also a calm and therapeutic space for individuals of all ages.

What is your cancellation policy?

I ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a fee.
